Channel Collections not showing on guide or On Now

I've updated my channels collections, but Channels DVR is for my iOS devices are not showing the channel collections I have set up. I'm wondering if I am miss understanding this feature or if it maybe has a bug. But on the web-based guide I can change my channel collections to show what I set up?

Edit: I figured it out. I had to update the server side settings to allow them to show.
