Channel Collections v2

[chDVRuser]

Description of issue: In v1 when adding channels to a collection you can select Add All or Add to Top

I expected: the same in v2

What actually happened: There is no Add All or Add to Top in v2

v1

v2

Echoing @chDVRuser. I use this a LOT. I'd have to write a script to do it instead LOL.
