i've tried sling tv and youtube tv with this service. on sling tv i found a lot of shows were failing to record because it couldn't tune in according to the error message. i realizd the tuning failing one has no channel logo. i then tried youtube tv and all the channels have logos and nothing (so far) fails. i don't know if sling tv was a bad scan or has less compatibility or what.
Sling has the worst TVE availability among all of the over the top streaming services, only giving access to a handful of channels, I believe. There is a dedicated thread on sling here in the forums where you can get more details.
