hey guys, first post need some help if possible…

watching channels DVR over the web, “Safari” Version 10.1.1 (12603.2.4) - it keeps stopping on me.
safari is not crashing, I can still do the surf the web thing . if i click the stop button and leave that channel, then start it again it works, this happens a lot throughout the day. yeah i know why am i watching tv at work, well “sports”

Are you watching remotely or in your home network?

If remote, reducing the bitrate might help.

Could also be a known issue in safari, so try Chrome and see if it does the same thing.

i reduce the bitrate, will not use Chrome, may just need to put up with it then, lol

you guys have a great product, keep it up…

It would be helpful if you could try Chrome to see if it has the same problem or not. If not, then that will confirm it’s a Safari specific bug and I can try to investigate to fix it.

hello to all,

so i tried chrome, firefox as well, but today i get this nothing but a X in the middle of the playback screen and under the screen it just said transcoder starting, nothing else… work one day and nothing the next…

i did install beta 2, maybe thats it…

how do i get back to beta 1… ?
