With todays update, 2023.04.20.0310, guide data goes missing after changing channels. I did restart everything and reload guide but this keeps happening, it happened on the last update to and I don't remember the fix, update or setting.

I had same issue - I have Channels server on Synology DSM7. Turned out this specific update caused issues for my OTA HDHomerun Quattro source =, guide data were not available. No amount of reloading guide helped. I had to remove the provider and add it again, then guide downloaded and all worked just fine. Interestingly, my HDhomerun Duo, connected to cable did not have issues, guide was just fine.
Short version: if you still have the issue and use OTA with HDhomerun, log into the server, check the guide for the specific source, and if needed, remove the guide (provider) and add it back again. This worked for me.

Interestingly I also use OTA HDHomerun Quattro but with a Win10 desktop for the Channels DVR, and I view thru AppleTV .
