Just noticed the same thing…tried a full reboot of everything with no success.
I’ve also found that the HDHR devices are not showing on the HDHR web page so assume it’s an issue at their end.
Hadn’t noticed before but in Channels settings you can add a guide provider. Did that and I’m now getting full guide data.
Where in settings is the provider setting ,not seeing it.
Swipe right to settings then swipe down to your tuner. On the right hand side under the ‘Manage’ section you should see the option to scan for channels and below that is the pick tv provider option. Can’t remember exact words as mine now shows the provider I chose.
You only need to select the provider once even if you have more than one tuner as it applies the same provider to all of them…well it did with mine. You do however have to do this on every device you use Channels on.
I’m guessing this is guide data being obtained via Channels rather than via SD? Maybe someone else can confirm that.
Re: the problem, it def appears to be an issue at SD’s end as there is a few reports about this on their forum.
Pleased to report channel guide now updating on tvOS and iOS. Guide still down for HDHR macOS app.
UPDATE: Channel guide is now working for SD HDHR macOS app
