I am resetting my Channel guide since I moved. I entered my zipcode (07032), and the guide shows all channels except CBS 2.1. This channel is definitely in the neighborhood.
Any ideas?
Check the HDHR app to see if guide data is shown. If so, click the circle refresh icon under the HDHR on the dvr web settings UI
It showed up in the HDHR app and clicking the circle refresh did the trick. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue again. Was able to fix it but it seems to happen every time I reboot my computer.
