This has happened quite a few times over the last few months. It happens on quite a few channels - but not all. In the Guide rather than getting any programmes show up, I get To Be Announced. It has resolved itself in the past, but tonight has caused me to loose DVR functionality as I was expecting it to record a programme. Why does this happen?
What kind of computer is your DVR installed on?
Can you check the version number on the DVR web UI, and also check the Log tab for any errors.

The latest version is 2017.10.24.2330, so it seems your DVR is not operating correctly and has been unable to update itself for some reason.
On your mac, visit http://127.0.0.1:8089/log and copy/paste to email to [email protected] and I will take a look at what’s going on.
Thanks - I have just done that - there seems to be a lot of the word error!!!
