I have a recording setup for Seahawks games. Sunday’s game was changed from Sunday afternoon to Sunday night. If I look at Zap2it if shows the updated time, but my DVR still shows it on at 1pm. I refreshed the guide data for Quattro on the Channels DVR web UI and it shows updating but the game time is still wrong. Should it be updating the time, or am I going to need to record this a different way?
If the guide info is correct from the provider—such that it's correct in other places, like Zap2it—then Channels will get that info when it refreshes its guide the following morning.
If that is not soon enough for you, you can force Channels to update it on demand. In the DVR web UI, check out Settings > Guide Database > Maintenance. From that menu you will find options like Re-Download Entire Guide to manage your guide database.
