Channel not authorized

We had been viewing the Olympic channel with TV everywhere on our Nvidia shield and the channels app. Then I started getting a message saying that the channel is not authorized. However, when I go to the Olympic channel website and log in using my cable provider information I can view live programming.

Any ideas?

Update your dvr using click-and-hold on the Update button. After the update completes, reboot your SHIELD

didn't work. It still says not authorized. Also, I noticed that the NBCSports Network channel is saying "drm not supported."

I am seeing the "drm not supported" as well for NBCSports Network.
