I can get the icons to wiggle but they don't seem to want to move. I've tried press, long press, two-finger press. Help?

This was resolved in the latest beta.

Though, consider using Channel Collections, rather than local favorites. You’ll get more out of them.

So that's not the version that's in the App store. Will that be pushed out soon or where can I download the beta version?
