Channel recording priority

I am in the UK with Freeview which is an antenna based system.

I like to record content on BBC4 which I receive in two channels. One an HD version on channel 106 and the other one on channel 9 in SD form.

My problem is that the reception on 106 is quite poor and I would liked to make sure that whenever I set up a future recording for BBC4 DVR records it only using channel 9 and not 106.

How can I do that?

I agree this is an annoyance which I’d love channels to fix. I know you can specify the channel to record on plex so I’m hopeful this is a do-able fix?

You can specify the channel now ... bring up the pass where it says channel "any" type in the channel you want.

Thanks. I was hoping they will allow us to do this within the apple tv app in addition to the above :+1:
