Channel Skipping - Skipped Recorded Content

I have a schedule pass to record the show " The Passage". I went to watch and everything seemed ok. The length of the recording is 1:00:01. The show is an hour long show. I started watching the show and on the second commercial break I noticed the show seemed to start not after a commercial break.

I verified by going to the Fox website and watch the episode there. The commercial skipping feature seemed to cut out about 8 minutes of the show. I tried skipping back and forth to find the missing parts but I can seem to seek to it via the web or iOS client.

So from the 20:26 mark to 28:22 Channels skips over that time show and commercials included. The length of the recording is 1:00 so it seems it recorded the whole episode. Is there away to remove the channel markings to see if it recorded the whole show. Also, is there away to try and reindex the recording?

Please check the Log tab of your DVR for errors shown around the time the recording was happening

Looks like I had some networking issues during that time frame. A bunch of i/o timeout errors during that period. I think we can close this as it will probably be impossible to replicate and is a hardware/network issue not software.
