Channel surfing limited to 7 channels

I have a collection with a dozen or so channels that I'd like to be able to surf between.

However, it only cycles through seven of the channels and does so in a repeating random order (in other words, the channels are always in the same random order that doesn't correspond to the channel name, number, or collection order).

Any help would be appreciated.

There's a setting for this:

General > Live TV > Channel Surfing

Is your setting set to Current Collection?

I have it set to Current Collection, but it still puts the channels in a different order and skips others entirely.

It does the same thing when other collections are “current” as well.
