Channel Surfing Sync issue

I’m enjoying the channel surfing option, I have it set to my “Favorites “

But I’m having a recurring disconnect-

when changing to a new channel, the small banner in the top right corner showing the channel number and logo is not correct. It indicates a different (wrong) channel than the live channel that is actually playing

The timeline banner IS correct, correlating with the correct live channel.

I can’t figure out why this occurs or how to reset this issue when is happens. Sometimes the banners will suddenly re-sync and match the live channel. But then this issue recurs, and I can’t figure out why, or how to undo it

Anyone else experience this?

Apple TV, iOS, Android TV or Fire TV?
Are you running the Channels DVR server, or just using a Channels client to connect to an HDHR tuner?

I am using Apple TV, and Channels DVR server running on a trash can style Mac Pro, with an attached SSD hard drive as the DVR storage
