Channels Admin interface not working

I just tried to access the admin interface for the DVR and just get this spinning arrow.

Any ideas on how to get the interface to load? The DVR appears to be working fine and I can access it from the app. I tried rebooting the QNAP NAS it is running on and that didn't fix it. I've also tried accessing IPaddress:8089/admin/ from multiple different browsers and that didn't work either.

It gives a 404 error.

You need to run that command not click the link.
