First time ever I bought an android device 
and I cannot find the channels app on the shield pro. Is there a trick ?
I can see in the google play store on the web.
You can send it to your device from play store web if it's signed into the same Google account
I cant see where. it says 'this app is available for your device' The install button is greyed out on the web
