Channels appear in web UI but missing from iOS and tvOS guides

I have Channels DVR setup on an Nvidia Shield Pro and play back on both the Shield and an ATV 4, all devices hard wired with cat 6. Have a Prime for cable and Connect for OTA connected also hard wired.

Everything generally works fine but I had been noticing that when I would tune NBC on the Connect, the channel when played back would be a bit choppy on both the Shield and the ATV 4 with the ATV 4 also exhibiting a bit what looked like tearing and dropped frames from time to time. The Prime would also be a bit jittery for the same channel (but cable version) but not as pronounced as the Connect.

I updated the firmware to latest for both the Prime and Connect to see if that might help - appears to have somewhat - but in doing so noticed a new bug. The web UI provides all of the channels I subscribe to on cable and those available OTA but when I view the channel guide through either tvOS or iOS it shows my OTA channels but will not show the matching channels that are on cable (i.e. the iOS and tvOS guide shows ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and CW channels from the Connect but not those same channels from the Prime)

I have tried looking at All Channels and making sure they were added as favorites etc. to no avail.

I didn’t see this before the firmware update on the HDHomeruns.

Any ideas?

The Channels app combines channels which are the same across PRIME and CONNECT. You can change the priority of your tuners on the Settings tab to change which version shows in the list and which tuner is tried first.

Ok great thanks for the quick response. Just found it a bit odd that it showed each separately before the firmware update and also shows them separately in the web UI. It still does pull from the OTA and cable versions for DVR purpose.
