I have HDHR5-4K with the latest firmware (20250815) attached to a Gigabit ethernet backbone. When I access it with Channels for HDHomerun (7.0.1) on my Apple TV Model A2169 (tvOS 23k620), I get stuttering. When I do the same on my Shield Android TV (9.4.2) with Channels 4.9.4 I don't.
Any ideas on why the difference in behavior? Is the SHIELD that much better that the Apple TV 4K?
I do see the stutter on both devices when running the Silicon Dust Native client.

Here's an easy test. Try unplugging the ethernet cable, and set it up to use WiFi, just for a test. Does it still stutter doing it this way?
IF that works, look for an IP conflict on your network with the ethernet cable IP address it's using.
Hot tip, use model numbers and OS version numbers so no one has to google a SKU and build number.

I will try your suggesting though I would think that there would be other services on the Apple TV box that would have some kind of problem.
OK. I did transpose the numbers in the model number, but that is a validly formatted model number directly from the About screen.
The OS is listed there as 26.3 (26K620).
