Channels ATSC 3.0 - duplicate channels and no sound

I have an HDHomeRun Connect 4K.
I'm located in Toronto, Ontario but since March I am now picking up several Buffalo stations' new ATSC 3.0 broadcasts.

The Channels lineup setting shows the ATSC 3.0 channel mapping on to the ATSC 1.0 channel number (for example WUTV at 129.1 > 29.1). But when I tune Channels to 29.1, it picks the broadcast on 29.1 and not 129.1. How can I fix this?

Tune how and from where? If using Channels app which device and platform.

Channels IOS app, and my.channelsdvr.net web app. Both do the same thing.

I see both channels in the guide (29.1 and 129.1), and I can manually tune to the ATSC 3.0 channel (129.1). But there's no sound.

No sound on the web UI or app? The app player is the only one that supports ATSC3.

Yes sorry no sound in the web player. App is fine.

I’ll add to this conversation as it appears relevant. I am also using the HDHomeRun ATSC 3.0 tuner. I get no sound on the ATSC 3.0 channels, when watching remotely, but they work fine when I am on the home network. The ATSC 1.0 channels work fine all the time.

It doesn’t matter whether which platform I use remotely. IPad OS, iOS, GTVCC 4K.

You would need to update the DVR server to prerelease for remote ATSC3 fixes.
