I've finally gotten around to backing up my Docker container volumes using Duplicati and would like to do the same for Channels. Seems that Channels stores a variety of things in the volume. Can someone tell me what are the critical files I would need to keep? I'm not overly interested in backing up downloaded versions, epgs, etc. Only the parts of the config that I would need for a disaster recovery. Any info is most appreciated.
The DVR makes its own backups next to your recordings

I'm seeing several weeks worth of backups coming in at about 500MB. Is there an option to restrict the number of these? I don't think I need that many and would prefer not to backup ones from weeks ago.
There is no option to do so. You could delete old ones
