Channels DVR and Different Market Channels Overlap

I live in an area where I can get multiple markets, but some channels overlap in number only. Sometimes that makes the guide take me to the wrong channel.

Also compounded by the fact that I also use 2 HDHomeruns. A dou and a Flex 4k.

Is there anyway to assign these channels a random number and map them to the correct guide data?

I suppose you could create a custom channel with an m3u which tunes using the frequency-based HDHR tuning api.
