The channels DVR app for Android Phones works fine except that there is no video, just audio, when playing live TV or recordings.

Android Version 10
Channels DVR version 2.1.20

This is a bug in the latest version of Android OS for those phones.

To work around, go to the Player settings tab of the app and change Decoder to Software.

Yes, This has been an issue for some time on my Pixel 3. It started a couple months ago after a OS security update.
