It seems like the DVR is causing my iMac to continually restart. It happening frequently enough that I'm missing out on recording a lot of programs because I have to re-logon to my computer and wait for it to boot up again. Anyone else experiencing similar? Any fixes?

Haven’t heard any other reports of this. Why do you believe Channels DVR is triggering the restarts?
I can't say for sure, just noticing that it's crashing a lot more since I've had the DVR installed. One of the log reports mention 'comskip', which I assume is referencing the commercial indexing feature.
