I was attempting to download and install the Channels DVR server software (windows 64 bit), but the download is blocked by McAfee AV with a virus detection within the download. Listed below is the link to the page and the download link that I used. Is this the correct location for the legitimate download? Is this a known issue that is being addressed? I'm reluctant to just blindly ignore the warning. Thanks.
McAfee is a crap anti-virus software anyways. I'd take anything they consider a virus with a grain of salt.
Just use Windows Defender instead
You should NOT be using any 3rd party Anti-virus software on the computer that hosts your DVR server. Many are known to cause issues.
