Channels DVR issue open settings.db Acces is denied

Channels DVR works, but I get this error message. Is there any way to remedy this?

Sounds like a file/directory permissions issue.
What OS are you running it on.

Windows 10 - It also does not appear in the taskbar.

Unless one of the developers replies with something different, I would suggest submitting diagnostics from the DVR web Admin UI Support > Troubleshooting

This happens if you set the installer to install as a windows service, but it's also still in your windows auto run. It's erroring because it's already running as a service.

Occasionally (on Win10) I need to toggle the server on and off so I simply run the installer and if already installed it becomes your dashboard to turn it from an app to a service and vice versa.
