Channels DVR not working as of today

I can get it work on my PC, but when I try and watch it on all of my other TV's it says I do not have the correct IP address.

What should I be typing in?

Under Remote DVR settings I took the "listening on xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8089" and typed that in and I also typed in the ip without the :8089 , still the same thing.

I also updated the version thinking that would fix it and still not available.

The DVR runs on your PC so its the IP of your PC. Try 192.168.0.130

Maybe there's a firewall enabled on your PC? Can you open http://192.168.0.130:8089 from a phone or other device on your wifi?

I was able to get to http://192.168.0.130:8089 from my cell phone with no problem

Okay, so which device is not working? Is it Android, FireTV, Apple TV? You would need to click Connect to Channels Plus > At Home then enter 192.168.0.130

I have a Sony TV that had been working. When I go to Channels DVR and then Connect to Channels DVR and then At Home and put in the IP 192.168.0.130 I receive a message that it could not connect.

Update from last night. I did nothing and all of a sudden it is now working... thoughts?

It’s pure speculation but perhaps the Sony TV was having connectivity issues. Is it WiFi or hard wired?

It is wireless, but my other services like netflix worked just fine

I have a Sony Bravio x55. It pushed an android update a few days ago. Your tv may have updated and that may have changed a setting.

Try checking the permissions for the Channels app or maybe unistall and reinstall it.

uninstalled and reinstalled and it connects to the IP, progress.

When I go to the guide, it shows all of my channels, but when I go to choose one, it says "not authorized"

I also have it wired for the internet and not wifi enabled.

Update - got it working. I deleted the source and reinstalled it and my channels started working again.
