In the last day I’ve been experiencing issues in that my channel lineup continually disappears. On all of my devices (iPads, iPhones, AppleTvs, and Mac) I need to go into settings and rescan for channels. It will complete successfully and my guide and channel lists reappear as they were, favorites and all. I can watch live TV again, but if I close out and try again later it will show 0 channels again and I’ll need to repeat. This is the first hiccup I’ve had in nearly a year. I’m not sure what steps to take. I’ve updated to the latest firmware on the device, rebooted, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Check the dvr web UI on your Mac mini and click Scan Network to make sure all your channels are showing up on there
Thank you. I had tried that a few times. It looks like third times a charm, because the channel lineup seems to have stuck and is still showing in the app two days later. I appreciate you responding.
