I have channels DVR running on a Windows mini PC. I'm considering installing Home Assistant OS (not Windows) on the mini PC. Will Channels DVR Server run on a HAOS pc?
I need to know this for a fact before I blow away the Windows 11 install. I hear that it does. I just need to know for a fact that it does AND are there any caveats?

Yes, if you run it in a Docker container that should work.
HAOS doesn't allow you to run external containers unless they're packaged as addons (now called "apps"), and I don't see that one has been created for Channels DVR. You can technically add a container from the SSH addon, but I think that HAOS will mark your installation as unhealthy and deny updates.
