Channels DVR Remote Linking

Hi,

I'm having some small issues with using Channels DVR remotely.

I can access the DVR remotely using a web browser most of the time. Seems to work absolutely fine most of the time and then all of a sudden it will just stop responding to anything I do. I get the circle of death which takes minutes to disappear or I have to manually refresh to remove it.

My second problem is when trying to link my iphone remotely to DVR, it always times out after I authorise the link. Not sure if these two problems are related.

I've been trying to alter the firewall and port forwarding settings on my Draytek router, but as far as I can tell that is setup correctly now.

Any words of advice?
