Channels DVR Server app is unresponsive (Windows)

I'm running the latest version of Channels DVR on my Windows 2022 server. It ran without issue for a couple months but now it's "stuck". My clients are acting as if the server is shut down, and when I launch the admin page it just spins. If I run the setup program again, the "Stop DVR Engine" button doesn't do anything. If I kill it from task manager and restart I have the same issue - Same goes for a full server reboot.

Are there logs I can look at to see what is happening? Alternatively could I try an uninstall and reinstall or will I lose all my settings, customizations, virtual channels, etc?

Yes the logs are in c:/programdata/ChannelsDVR/data look at channels-dvr.log last few lines

You can uninstall/reinstall and restore your last backup (in the Database folder next to recordings)
