In September, I purchased the $80 subscription to Channels and things were working as expected. Sometime in the past week I became locked out with the message: "Your Channels DVR Server could not be discovered." (Two TVs, Shield and Fire TV Cube)
I don't know where to look for the Channels DVR Server. There have been no changes to my computer (Windows 11) or to the two TV. Well, except for the Windows updates.
How do I fix this?
Maybe the IP address of your server has changed? It probably should be set to Static so it is always the same. Look for it on your router or with an app that can list the IPs of your devices.
Here is the list of IP addresses on my LAN. Which one belongs to Channels DVR Server? Sorry about the format. I don't know how to enter a file (Word or Excel).

Do you have this checked on the Web Server ?
If you haven't done this already, you might try running the Support/Troubleshooting on the Server web interface. It can identify many problems.
Update. In thinking about it. It wouldn't be at an IP Address. So I went to the getchannels page and downloaded the setup file. It installed into folder c:\ProgramData\ChannelsDVR.
Went to Fire TV Cube and Channels DVR works as expected. I don't have a clue how (or when) the original file was deleted.
