Channels DVR TVE is still scanning for (removed NBCU) Telemundo channel

Strange, since this channel was removed with the rest of the NBCU channels.

Perhaps these leftovers in /settings are causing it to still scan the channel?
I did have this channel hidden before it was removed.

Toggle Hidden doesn't work since it's not in /devices
