Channels DVR Web UI Tuner channel mapping issue

Using the Channels DVR Web UI.
On the Settings tab next to my tuner is a pencil icon.
Not sure where these channel mappings come from or what they’re used for but I have 11 that are incorrect and it will not allow me to correct them.
I can select some channels from the edit dropdown, but not the correct ones.

I’m listing the Frequency-Program# for each below, like “Virtual channel 11 KSPX-SD on 213000000-7”

Virtual channel 11 KSPX-SD on 213000000-7 is getting mapped to 1029 KSPXDT-HD on 129000000-3
Virtual channel 25 KCSOLP-SD on 195000000-1 is getting mapped to 1025 KCSOLD-HD on 195000000-10
Virtual channel 34 NBCSA-SD on 207000000-4 is getting mapped to 0780 NBCSCA-HD on 297000000-7
Virtual channel 36 NBSBAP2-SD on 207000000-5 is getting mapped to 0105 NBCSBA-SD on 201000000-7
Virtual channel 797 MGMHD on 183000000-7 is getting mapped to 1765 MGMHD on 183000000-7, I RECEIVE 797-MGMHD, BUT NOT 1765-MGMHD
Virtual channel 1070 CA17SC-SD on 219000000-6 is getting mapped to 1071 SWCOM18-SD on 219000000-7
Virtual channel 1076 SECC-SD on 219000000-8 is getting mapped to 1077 SECC2-SD on 219000000-9
Virtual channel 1095 GEM-SD on 219000000-5 is getting mapped to 1098 DELTV-SD on 177000000-23
Virtual channel 1096 SONLIFE-SD on 195000000-5 is getting mapped to 1098 DELTV-SD on 177000000-23
Virtual channel 1251 NBSBD2-HD on 297000000-2 is getting mapped to 1252 NBSCAHD on 297000000-3

What do you mean? What happens when you try to change them.

The choices shown are from nearby channel numbers. You should be able to type another channel name/number into the box to search.

If I type 797 in the Filter box to try and change channel 797, these are the choices I get
1765 MGMHD
1797 VIVIDTV

If I type MGM I get this choice
1765 MGMHD

I guess that’s all that’s in the guide data then. You can try entering your location on zap2it.com to compare the listings available there, and use the contact link at the bottom to request fixes.

Are you sure you have the correct lineup/zip/provider selected? In this area some providers have a “digital” lineup vs the regular lineup with different channel options available.

Now that I know what the pencil icon is for I’m not so concerned. I thought it was remapping channels so when the DVR wanted to record something on say channel 767 it would instead tune to channel 1765 which I don’t get. Now that I know it’s only for mapping the guide data from Gracenote I can see the issue on their zap2it website with my lineup.

Yep, have the correct lineup selected, the problem is the guide provider. I can also see the issue on zap2it.com.
