Channels DVR weirdness?

Searching and saving passes from the Channels Apple TV app search menu; does not see upcoming programs to record however if passes are saved from the guide, I see the upcoming programs to record linked to that pass. If I do the same from the web interface, everything is OK so this sounds like a bug within the Channels Apple TV app.

Some program passes (two actually) can’t see upcoming programs to record from the guide or the search menu but I can record them individually. It’s like if programs were not recognized as series. The problem affects both Apple TV app and web interface.

Any clue?

Try restarting the Apple TV app to see if that fixes the search results. They should match what you see on the web interface. Click TV/Home twice and swipe up on the Siri remote.

I tried that before posting but didn't do anything unfortunately...

Sounds similar to whats also happing into the web interface but worst, interesting...

Check the Log tab of the DVR to make sure there are no errors shown during the most recent guide download.

Then try clicking the circle refresh icon under HDHR to force guide to refresh.

If it's still not working, please post a screenshot of the Apple TV search results vs web UI results so we can see how they differ.

Guide download seems fine without errors in the log but still refreshed.

I will proceed creating a new pass from the Apple TV search menu and send you the log and will do the same from the web interface.

Let's see how it turns out.
