Channels Forgets Tuners

Recently Channels occasionally forgets my tuners (Connect and Extend). While watching TV, the picture would freeze, going to Settings the tuners were not there, Scan for Network Tuners did not bring them back.
All other network apps are ok. Restarting Channels did not help.
It looks as if restarting my Apple TV does restore the tuners.
Maybe unrelated but Top Shelf is not working, it is selected in Settings.

What version of tvOS? What firmware version is on the tuners?

It sounds like your HDHR is rebooting, and changing it’s IPs? Even if that was happening though, they would still show on the Settings tab (just with the old IP). Are you saying you see the “no tuners found” message on the Settings tab?

Correct, no Tuners Found. I downloaded The Silcondust tuner app, if it happens again, I’ll see if it finds my tuners.
tvOS 10.2.2
Release 20170808beata2 is ready to install, is it safe?

Freezing video has happened a few more times. The iOS app appears to continue working. After a few minutes ATV displays the message “Lost Connection”.
I’ll try to verify the exact conditions the next time it happens.

Don’t know if this help…
