My parents have 2 Apple TV 4ks running Channels. I've noticed that every once in while the Channels app disappears from the home screen, and I end up finding it in a folder where I store icons I don't want on their home screen. I'm assuming it happens when the Channels app gets updated, but I'm not sure why it ends up in a folder. Any idea why this keeps happening, and how I can avoid it?
Sounds like Home Screen sync
Settings > Users and Accounts > default user account name > One Home Screen
