Channels not showing activity when watching Live TV

This used to show when someone was watching Live TV, but at some point it stopped showing - just says "Idle". When watching DVR recordings, it does show what's being played. I've stopped and restarted the Channels DVR service on the QNAP server and it hasn't changed anything.

When watching Live TV it takes directly from the tuner and doesn't go thru the DVR. If you enable Tuner Sharing it will then go thru the DVR and show when someone is watching.

Thanks. Is that here, shown on screen capture? If so - as you can see, it's already enabled...

No, tuner sharing is enabled on the client. Look for it in the DVR settings on your client device, not the server.
