On Now Channels selection on Web UI not starting, can still view on Channels iOS/Insta TV iOS.

I thought we already established that core2duo mini is too slow to transcode in real time.

It has played in the past when the Mac mini is idle (for other tasks, i.e., recording, comm skip, etc.). Just trying to determine if newer versions are as capable vs older versions…

In this instance, the mini was at idle.

Problem isolated to flaky connection on file storage. Fixed.
