TVE and HDHomeRun channels are no longer playing for me. The app on my iPhone just freezes for no reason and I am forced to restart the app, but it still won’t work. I have removed the tve and hdhr and reset them back up to no avail. My recordings are supposedly still recording, but this app is now useless as I can’t watch anything anymore. Any ideas?
Does the official HDHR app work?
Yes, it works on the phone app as well as the windows app. I have submitted diagnostics and will post my log for you to view.

Your phone must be set to Home Streaming Quality: Original inside the Channels app settings
It is and has always been set to ‘home quality’ under streaming quality.
Does this need to be the setting for every app? Apple TV, fire stick, etc? Thanks.
All devices at home should be using this setting, yes.
