Channels Server just stops

I'm doing the first month free of Channels, running on a Synology DS118. I love the concept, and when it works, it's great. However, the server just stops seemingly randomly (perhaps every 10-15 hours or so.) So I have to log into Synology, go to Package Manager, and manually click "Run" to get it going again.

What am I doing wrong?

After restarting it, if you go to the web UI and look at the logs, is there a crash shown?

Yes.

panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference…

However, I removed one of my TVE sources, turned off remote access, turned off commercial detection, and updated to latest pre-release. Now everything seems to be working ok.

Most likely that's what fixed it.
If it happens again, submit diagnostics from the DVR web admin UI under Support > Troubleshooting, so one of the devs can look at the diagnostic data.
