On my channels server settings under net interface I have two IP addresses, one is matching the IP of my channels server but then there is another one which I can’t link this to anything? Is this normal to have two IP addresses there. Remote DVR is enabled so not sure if it’s something to do with that..

Probably not related to remote access. It’s not unusual for machines to have multiple network adapters, could be a loop back adapter, vpn tunnel, or something else. Is it in the same subnet as the “real” address? I’m guessing probably not.
I disconnected my WAN and then had a look at my channels server and it was still on there so I am thinking like you it is internal. However, the subnet is not the same as the 'real address'.
If the second address is 169.254.x.x, that is a self-assigned IP address, and can safely be ignored.
