Channels stopped working on my phone

I've been using Channels for a few months without any issues. I have the app installed on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 4). I don't use it much on the phone and it worked in the beginning but now when I try to use it, it looks like it is going to start normally with the "Preparing your TV..." screen for about 5 seconds then a blank purple screen for a second or 2 and then "Unfortunately, Channels DVR has Stopped." message.

I have deleted and reinstalled with no change. Any suggestions?

Help the devs with the version of the app, is it standalone or do you have a server, etc.

Version 4.5.0 on the phone.
Version 2022.10.03.2116 on a Synology DS920+

If I look at the server logs before and after trying to start the phone app, there are no new entries.

Please go to Support -> Troubleshooting -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

I checked today and the phone is working again.

Version 4.5.1 on the phone.
Version 2022.11.15.1908 on the Synology DS920+
