Twice in the last two days, Channels loses all my channels. If I go into the HDHR utility and look at the list of channels, there are all still listed there. But I actually have to do that to bring those channels back. Last night, the ATV app didn’t see the HDHR at all.
Any thoughts as to what might be causing the issue?
Sounds like an unreliable network connection. Is the atv on Wi-Fi?
If the app isn’t seeing the hdhr, try using Add Tuner Manually to enter its ip.
If the tuner shows up but has no channels listed, you can refresh by click-and-hold the HDHR on the Settings tab of the app and select Refresh Device.
