Channels Unknown

If you have the Windows C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun\hdhomerun_config.exe
you can use it.like so at a windows commd prompt.
"C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun\hdhomerun_config.exe" discover

Sounds like something with your networking is messed up.
Is the Channels server and the HDHR wired to the same switch/router?

I will break out computer and look at that…. The server is an nvdia shield and it is on wi if - the hdhr is hard wired

Your router should see the HDHR and know what its IP address is. The HDHR app might too, I don't use it so don't know.

You should set DHCP reserved IP addresses for your Channels DVR and the HDHR tuner in your router. That way you'll know what their IP addresses are. They need to be on the same network like 192.168.1.x

I noticed in one of your pictures the IP address 10.0.0.2 and others showing 192.168.1.155.

Sounds like something changed in your network when you moved?

Would being on different network be an issue one is plugged in to one network let’s say nighthawk and the other is on wi fi network named frank

Names and brands have nothing to do with it.
They have to be on the same network (IP wise).
i.e. 192.168.1.x in order for broadcasts and routing to work.
Preferably on the same lan segment
Has to do with TTL and routing,

What are the IP addresses of your Channels DVR server and your HDHR tuner?
