Channels Won't Play Recordings

Hello,

I have a ton of recordings... tonight, after updating my WD NAS to the latest Firmware of OS5 (5.14.105) and the latest pre-release of Channels (2021.06.13.0323)... no recordings will play. Strangely, the app and the web interface are both reporting 0GB of 0GB of storage (web interface reports "NaN% used").

I can see all my recordings, and they exist, and the other programs I have running from my NAS all work except Channels. Has anyone ever run into this and is there anything I can do to fix it? I have hundreds of recordings and I'm not sure what's happening.

Any errors appearing in the log of the web ui?

Yes... lots... and it's odd because those files are definitely there. I haven't deleted any of the shows I'm attempting to watch:

Hmmm I see part of the issue is that suddenly my "shares" are not visible in the admin panel for WD My Cloud. I've never had that happen before. Any guesses?

Complicating things... I can still view shows that were recorded long ago via the HDHomeRun DVR software. So that's working, but Channels is not. I'm super confused.

OK...after some digging, I've found via ssh that somehow my Shares directories are different now. Now my TV shows are stored under "Volume_1/Public/DVR/TV". I don't believe it was ever called "Volume_1" before. I still can't view my Shares from the WD My Cloud portal, but at least my programs are there. Just how to get to them? Did WD screw something up with their firmware or is there something that needs changing in Channels?
