Yes I am seeing it too. On my iMac that is serving Channels DVR. And I too am running the latest Chrome.
There are several toolkits/libraries that check version numbers, and some of them have issues with 3 digit major version numbers. Think of it like the Y2K, but not nearly as severe.
As long as your TVE streams are still working, then you can probably safely ignore it.
