Client crashing on Android

I was previously successful in running the Android app from the Play Store on a Galaxy Note 8, but after uninstalling and reinstalling today, the app immediately crashes. After the last install and crashes, I went in and cleared the app cache and data, but still crashes immediately. I only wish to connect the app to a Windows computer running the Channels DVR Server.

Can I download an older version?

The crash report shows something unexpected being returned from the dvr server. Can you open http://192.168.254.102:8089/devices then file>save and email to [email protected]

It's working now, on local network and remotely. I was just setting all this up again, not sure I had port forwarding setup correctly.
