Client only partially connected?

Weekends are for troubleshooting apparently.

On my TCL 75" GoogleTV, seems about 1/2 the time when I turn the TV ok, the client still shows it's connected to the server (shows the IP address and Storage Capacity), but the EPG only has the channels but no listings. I can 100% of the time fix by uninstalling and reinstalling (or re-connect to home typing in the IP Address). I can sometimes get it to work by merely going out of the APP and then coming back in (25% of the time). Obviously does not meet the WAF criteria.

I submitted a diagnostic this morning from the APP, didn't have a way to identify the problem so am posting this for background purposes. Let me know if I need to submit something else.
