Client side setting don’t stay

I am connection to server. I make client side changes the settings aren’t staying am I missing something.

I am connected remotely from chrome. Do I need to be on the server directly?

Please explain what you expect to happen, and what is happening instead.

All set I was using a browser on iPhone. I did it from a pc to server and it is working. I guess cell phones are not always a good option.
